Refund policy

At this time, returns are not applicable for items that are made to order and/or handmade. You can check if the item is returnable in the item description. If the item is returnable contact us to get the return started. There is a 7.99 return fee + manufacturers fee (calculated after returned) that will be deducted from your total return amount. Items can be returned within the 30-day period for store credit or to their original payment method. After that items will be refunded only in form of store credit. If items are damaged or we are at fault we will gladly help with a replacement, return, or refund. Contact us for help with this.
