FAQ

          • When will my order ship? All of our products are handmade or made to order therefore shipping times may seem lengthy and vary. During peak seasons, processing time may be higher.

            2-5 day processing for non-apparel items. 2-7 day processing for apparel items (This is the time in which our shirts will be printed or products will be handmade and sewn.)1-7 day shipment by USPS (This is the time in which the item has been shipped and is now on its way to you!)

          • International shipping? Yes, however customs and duties are at the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they are not included at checkout.
          • How much does shipping cost? Our shipping prices are set by weight and location. You can get the exact rate when you go to checkout. You will not be charged for checking the shipping rate.
          • What shipping courier do you use? USPS
          • Order cancellations? We cannot cancel your order as our manufacturer has already started processing it.
          • My order says delivered but I do not see it! First please check that the shipping address that you checked out with matches your current location. Second - check with your neighbors to make sure that they didn't receive it by mistake. Most of the time packages are marked delivered before they actually are, so give it a 1-2 days for it to arrive. Often times USPS has delay in shipment, meaning the item may be shipped but the tracking information has not updated or scanned. Do not worry! Your item is still on it's way. However, it has been more than a week you must contact us immediately so we can check the status on your order. We are not held liable for lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center, however if you still do not receive it, send us an email and we will try our best to help track down the package. If the package is not found we will open a case with USPS, however it can be more efficient to do so on your own.
          • Returns and exchanges? At this time we do not accept exchanges as every item is made to order. We also do not accept returns, unless it falls under the circumstances listed in our refund policy.
          • Size chart? Size charts are listed at the bottom of each item description. If you need more help with sizing, please contact us.
          • Sustainability and ethics? We are on our way to 100% sustainability. Any chance we get, we use organic materials that are ethically sourced through our manufacturer.
