Shipping policy

After order completion, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. This means we received your order and are working on processing it. Processing times are as follows.

All of our products are handmade or made to order therefore shipping times may seem lengthy and vary. During peak seasons, processing time may be higher.

2-5 day processing for non-apparel items

2-7 day processing for apparel items (This is the time in which our shirts will be printed or products will be handmade and sewn.)

1-7 day shipment by USPS (This is the time in which the item has been shipped and is now on its way to you!)

Often times USPS has delay in shipment, meaning the item may be shipped but the tracking information has not updated or scanned. Do not worry! Your item is still on it's way. However, it has been more than a week you must contact us immediately so we can check the status on your order.

Estimated shipping times are just a guide. They are not guaranteed. These shipping times are practical to most US customers and can help gauge when your order may arrive.

The best way to view our rates is to go through the checkout process and fill in your address. Don't worry, payment information is not needed to do this.

We ship worldwide. International tax and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.

Once you place your order, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check and make sure everything is correct when clicking the checkout button.

All gift cards are final sales and cannot be refunded or canceled.
